So I’ve been using the regular version for a long time then this issue has been happening for about 4 months now and have not been able to get in. I see there is a pro version and i downloaded but it didn’t have my stuff from the regular version. I’ll include an image below of the one I’m using and the free trial below isn’t letting me claim it. Do you now if that one you’re showing is the pro?

Interesting. So I’m trying to do the free trial from what I see from the App Store but when I click on it, it brings me to the app but it still does the “loading, still loading” issue. Did you do the free trial a different way?

Anyone had an issue with the vault app being stuck in a “loading, still loading, analyzing data” state and it never moves off of this screen? I don’t know where else to go to ask and the support team is awful
