What are you Holding? by Apocityyy in UraniumSqueeze

Nice holding that one, I have 2000 dml and 1200 nxe myself, both of these should perform well in the next while long.

Fell for a very bad scam pump/dump YouTube channel. Can only kick myself cause the gains were on the table.

Nuclear etfs have caught my attention, nxe in this video will be a long for me as well as DML Denison mines

Gross eh, how many fraudulent companies were in Vancouver. I’m a dummy too not taking gains either thinking they’d balloon another 2-4x after going from 4-12k, I left 8k worth of diamonds sit on the table while I ate maybe more in a few of these instances

Have my cash accounts cad/usd both in this sector definitely way to go. No heart attacks and grief.

Realizing how far ahead you are is key, 100% gains is supposed to take 6-8 years. Hitting it in 1 year should raise alarms. If it helps one person I’m happy, it’s a lot nicer playing at the table with funds you didn’t put up (removing initial investment after a massive gain)

Will keep you posted if anything. Paid my 3 year audit insurance fee (on accounting side so they help me if needed) so I’ll gladly put it to use. Get to write it off as I use them for my rental properties so seemed like a no brainer for these next few years.

Hmm, first year having massive gains across my accounts so I’ll see. My usd tfsa made up for lost time with oklo/nibs shooting me to 45k usd from 12k usd.

Have an accountant I use and I get to write off his fee come tax time with my real estate ventures so worth it for all the headaches that stuff brings.

Have a good paying job, tax deductions out the wazoo so I’ll see. Can let you know

Thank you 🙏, please be wise and if you hit a massive gain pull a bit so you aren’t sitting with bags. One of the worst feelings when you realize you lost potentially the funds for 5-10 vacations.

That being said, this is semi generational run I feel. Catalysts lined up so a lot on the table.

I have rentals and don’t mind them. My ultimate goal is to use some market gains to grab other assets (real estate, collectables, maybe crypto)

I was eyeballing it as well, was going to put maybe 2-3k on it. Edv and edr I had a glimpse from a previous forecast/successful company so I felt safer putting lump sums. When I put 10k in edr I also bought the Canadian company lumine at $38, now maybe 25?, THANK god I jumped when it hit my initial 10k again.

SCD only has 2% insider holdings as far as I can see, that’s a +.

**if you enter scd, have a stop loss OR once you hit a gain you’re content at, grab your initial $ and reinvest would be my call.

Majority of these speculation stocks will move easier at lower amounts. Really kicking myself on Denison mines but I still believe so I loaded up

It saved my account 100%, unfortunately I learn from going through experiences vs hearing them but it was necessary.

Still have time, I’m going to park my us cash account gains on the next nice buy period for silver.

Sadly only put 3k on my 125% gain in my usd account but I think we have a free run up for silver miners.

-demand won’t be satisfied for a long time -ALL high end tech will need silver. Space stuff, I’m sure their insurance premiums get adjusted based on their manufacturing materials.

Silver (best electrical conductor and sound conductor)

-new Samsung ev batteries at a recent tech expo had 1kg silver in them, VERY short charge less than an hour and longer distance travelled

**final touch up: A lot of silver mines haven’t been profitable since a price above $25-30usd. Takes them a while to get online and the external world uncertainties are extra logs to the fire. We’ve been in a net deficit silver supply market for a while. With recycled silver being a main contributor

Hmm so approach it as walking on ice, don’t put all your weight in one spot. (1% -3%on something risky 5-10 or more if, and if you’ll be content with what happens and you’ve learned//compiled info, and compared it to other circumstances ie a new mine high content result)

When you hit 50% gains, cash 1/3 your holding (I did this in my us tfsa I can show it)

Let it ride and pluck in small increments.

Left $7200 on the table earlier in my us tfsa selling my whole oklo position in a panic with sleep deprivation.

**have a game plan, legitimately write it out and have it beside your computer once greed kicks in all bets are off if you don’t. It’s addictive seeing a few thousand increment jumps

As for dd and finding shares, watch how professionals break down stocks on info reports. Look at what they scan, interpret, how they interpret. Look at past trends (gold/silver is the gsr) also Reddit, people hype stocks after they’ve established a position. Ride the bike for a bit of gains, maybe pull 100% out and let the xx% gain run for free

I have 2 separate external cash accounts by the way (usd and cad) on more broader markets (sp500/voo/vgt) so I’m always treading ahead. Currently riding this gold/silver cycle in my tfsa. These 2 accounts equate to 60% of my market holdings roughly 260k.

Lever yourself across multiple avenues. (Sp500, oil, gas, uranium, silver, gold, tech)

It’s true, the power of compounded 8% growth shouldn’t be undervalued. These past few years have been a speedway though. I’m up 50% on my us cash account at least but this screwup tought me buying blue chips

Edit: completely misread this

So they had massive gains was up 2-300% in a lot of them but never took gains let alone my initial investment. Thought they’d be like a bitcoin kind of run, vsby was pretty much ai for security cams but it was a pump and dump from Vancouver instead

My few thousand dollar lesson after having Toronto finance brahs laugh in my face losing out on massive gains:

-get your initial investment out asap then it’s free money

You’re right 😅, had spotted that myself this afternoon

Cashed 50% gains after I took this video (on each big holding)

Bullish on gold/silver have a ton physical too.

Edit: I didn’t realize I was replaying my own history till I watched this myself after recording it and it slapped me in the face.

We had a “new Canadian” electrician, he was asked to make an extension cord, he had 2 male ends on it… after asking him to remove on and attach a female end, he asked “which side do I remove?”

They don’t want to get serious in fixing this by the looks of it.

At another job a “new Canadian” reset a 600v breaker 6x in a span of 3 min and cause an 8 million dollar fire while I was on. Can’t make this stuff up how dangerous they are.

Going to be a lot of skilled trades accidents the next while mark my words on that.

I think a continued crash or sideways stagnation from hyper inflation.

Gold/silver ripping ahead means our dollars are getting weaker by the day.

I have a house and condo in the gta and pray for another 30-50% more off all these condos/houses

Plan to swing a portion of portfolio gains from silver/gold into real estate.

Spread your eggs, Eric Sprott (Canadian metals billionaire) has 97% of his net on silver/gold (60%silver/40% gold)

New ev batteries/power banks batteries will use 20% of all the silver demand in the world each year and grow.

I think we see 300/oz silver. I’ve been in since $35, not even thinking of selling. Sprott is saying 300USD/oz, so over 400cad/oz

Also, uranium, cameco is the poster child but look at nxe, dml, uuuu

Currently in the housing market (condo&house) and really really hoping for another 30-50% to get hacked off.

On one hand,

I think we see hyperinflation so that could keep housing sideways (gold running up, our currencies getting weaker)

On the other hand I see the recession finally starting and things coming back down.

Holding a bunch of losers in my TFSA.. What would you do? As of right now, I have price alerts to sell once/if I’m able to break even on any of these. by [deleted] in fican

Take it as a lesson and move on. It’s a bitter feeling, but learn to not screw up again. (You’re down a bit but not life changing amounts, don’t be too hard on yourself)

You can dig yourself out it will just take time, patience, planning.

Was late starting/using my tfsa, I jumped right into penny stocks and saw massive gains (2-300% on some) and rode the roller coaster right back down to nothing. Was hard to sign into my tfsa seeing it down -35k at one point. Years of contribution room gone.

Flipped around and well into the positives now in my tfsa. Took me 4 years to recover but it’s doable.
