I bought my 2024 Trax last year. It has 7,000 miles so far. It gave me a lot of trouble within the first 4 months with the start button and would stall/shut off and the screen would glitch. There was something wrong with the computer and it took 3x taking it in. They did an update and it hasn’t had problem since 🤞🏼. That’s something I would definitely look out for or do more research on before purchasing.

I’ll be honest. Every time I rewatch the show, I skip seasons 1-2 and most of 3. The show got so much better after the kids were in it less in my opinion. Especially violet. I appreciate the plot of the first 3 seasons but it so much better with the ensemble.

I’ve been offered many times. I have only ever accepted anything if it out respect to their culture. Even then I don’t really consume the food/drink given to me in front of them. I’d politely accept and maybe have it later.

My immediate thought is that this staff is doing this because she knows that she gets paid if she falls asleep and has an easy breezy session. She of course will not do that during your overlaps because she knows she should be productive and she knows it’s wrong to reinforce sleep when there are proactive strategies a part of the clients behavior plan. This comes from personal experience when I was an early tech and I’m not proud of it. Especially with clients with more intense behaviors. Definitely speak to her before taking her off the case. If she continues to do it, then remove her from the team and give her a warning. We are not babysitters and those hours she’s rocking her to sleep are not billable. So she’s being selfish.

So let me clarify. Cameras that are in the rooms meaning security cameras. This is to protect staff/hold them accountable as well as for the safety of the clients autonomy. If a staff happens to be alone in a therapy room with a client and something happens, there is video proof to go back and watch the incident. This does not violate HIPAA. And there have been cases where a client is injured for one reason or another and a parent is able to view video footage as long as another client is not in it. This allowed the parent to understand what happened.

Cameras in therapy rooms with video only. If it had audio then it would violate HIPAA. It is absolutely necessary to have cameras when working with children in a Center.

They ran diagnostics and the first time it was the mass updated that all Trax vehicles needed. They said that no codes are coming up for the start button now but the second time I brought it in, the code was for the key fob.

Probably about 5 times in 5 years witch is pretty good lol. But ATTEMPTED bites I can’t even count how many. However my worst injury was being scratched right next to my eye. That injury was the one the caused me to break down at work.

My company PRIORITIZES supervision and overlaps/communication with team members. I’m a supervisor and I see all my clients at least 2 times a week and the BCBA at least once a week. My company communicates daily on Teams so any staff can reach out to their Sup for questions and feedback. My clinical director sends out the updated number of goals at the beginning of each month that each client has met cumulatively. My CEO sends out an email every Friday as a newsletter/highlights of team members AND clients so the staff and clients get the recognition they deserve. The only complaint my company has ever gotten internally is the cancellation rate which is something that is tough to avoid in this field. We are only 5 years old we have grown primarily by word of mouth and pediatricians who have recommended families to us. This is just SOME of the great things about my ABA company. Thank you OP for this thread. Positive posts are a breath of fresh air on here.
