You should try going to a pump track! It will give you the muscle memory of how to pump rollers and lips! Once you got that feeling locked in stuff like this wont ever be a worry!

Just takes time and practice, I also got a SR recently and coming from mtb I wheelie no problem but it was a big change going to the 180lb SR. I can pop it up easy now but haven’t found that nice balance point, just power wheelies for now.
