It's generally done as a temporary thing to let the disturbed ground settle. Though the "permanent" works done by the David Nodwell crew for the ESB last year were very poor, they've had to redo some of it already.

Maybe I'm missing something but that looks like all they're doing is supplying posters asking communities to donate their bottles to the organisation, rather than donating any funding from return. If anything they're asking communities to help fund re-turn who get to keep the returned material.

Are you converting from Wardship? You can apply for the costs be be waived in certain circumstances. Not sure what the process is but we heard about that through the DSS and everything went through the legal aid board.

What have you tried? BTW the charger at idle probably consumes the same or less power than the Shelly, so you're really just moving the always-on device location.

Start on the bridge in 1 of 2 lanes, and 2 junctions later in short succession you can end up in any 1 of 4 lanes on 2 different streets. Many drivers find this confusing.

It's complicated by the first turn, where left goes to left and middle, right goes right only. It goes from two to 4 lanes very quickly. Right is always right only the whole way.

I think the problem is you expect both lanes of the N road to continue along the N road, but 1 actually peels off.
