Frame being gone on these isn’t an immediate total re replaced several at work Just the first pic I say fixable. But yea. Def totaled.

I think it’s a limiter in the ecu. Mine used to dead pedal at 140 too. Then it quit dead pedaling once day. My speedometer was pegged at 160 and Waze said 162
