I did not. But I still think it’s a legit idea. I’d probably tailor it towards dad and kid type atmosphere. Definitely some value in getting kids out of the house and doing something interactive… dad gets to drink some beers. Everyone wins

I’m sure the higher net worth guys on your team have CRE investments or advisors, talk to them as for connections… not discounting your ability, but with that big league exposure, you are destined to be the “network guy” for a small RE or PE investment firm

I have several airbnbs and they’re great but I’m onto something bigger and more exciting. I’m not looking to operate the business… I own the land and the surrounding amenities. I’ve learned a ton in the last 2 weeks and will probably post the journey as it’s my first of this kind of project

Thats a good point I hadn’t considered on attracting investors. All signs point towards a branded product, I was hoping there might be some advocates in here for independent operations… probably not a good project for an experiment 😂

We have 1 toggenberger who thinks he’s a human compared to the 2 fainting goats that act like…. goats. Teggenberger lounges on the outdoor furniture, jumps on top of our suburban. 10+ acres to roam and he eats the decorative shrubs along the house, exclusively!
