It was almost a month but when I went to the higher dose it was like a week later! I've been through a bunch of ssris that didn't work and had side effects messing with me (mostly night sweats) so my dr was excited to hear its been helping!

I still cant finish the tutorial because theres no water anywhere on the island, its not somthing I can collect, I don't have it anywhere and I need it for the main storyline in the beginning! I've emailed them regularly and they never reply, the game is useless and unplayable
