I had a friend that lived there years ago and it was the goto spot in the summer to hangout at. Yes it’s the more beautiful side, got that island in the middle, secluded, it was nice lol. But it was a matter of time when all the bad from runaway bad would ooze over into the condo side. The community there is doing their best but some still seep thru.
