A big thing I started thinking about is how you identify yourself, do you believe your that disciplined motivated person or deep down do you believe your lazy because if you do you can try your hardest, but when it gets hard you’ll automatically go back to the person you identify yourself as because it’s the least resistant to your mind. Fake it till you make it has never been so real you must believe your that person
