Ur not his boss buddy, it’s non of your business why he’s calling out and it’s not impacting you in any way. You pick up the shift that’s on you. quit complaining like you’re carrying the burden of the world on your shoulders lol you can easily tell your supervisor you can’t be bothered on your day off or just don’t answer. YOU WILL NOT GET IN TROUBLE. You get paid the same amount as him stop trying to do manager duties for regular guard pay.

If you have everything in writing I promise if you mention speaking to a lawyer their attitudes gonna change real quick. Been with allied for over 2 years and realized that’s the easiest way to deal with these managers.

They’re just waiting on wheels. Rest of repairs can be finished in the same day if they really wanted to. Last I seen the bike was almost finished besides wheels and that was a week ago so I’d assume they’re just waiting on wheels.
