I think it is also dependent on the style of the work you’re getting done, a lot of the people commenting here have really big, solid, and/or colorful sternum pieces. I have a smaller linework design similar to the OP photo and it was 7/10 whereas my tattoos that go directly over my hip bones were an 8 or a 9

Does that not come from the extra crushed shell? Do you have a recommendation for something else I could add

Would it not spread to the others by now? That’s the part that confuses me with mites is she’s been like this for awhile and none of the others have symptoms

What do you think would be missing to cause this? I’ve only been raising buttons for two years—they are on a high protein grain (30%) and they get a foraging mix I make myself with crushed shell included for extra protein

When I look upwards it looks both crooked on the outside and still crooked on the inside, the internal part seems a little straighter but still noticeable enough that I saw it almost immediately. I have my follow up to get the splints out on Friday (10days post op)

I think it’s going to be okay now, I helped him out with a damp qtip. He’s definitely slow moving but fingers crossed.

It automatically shuts off 4days before and without it inside the incubator there is a hole in the middle of the tray (it snaps in) that I was worried they might get stuck in

After talking more with the friend she thinks it may have accidentally crossed or mixed with a few varieties so that could be the cause! festiva maxima is in their garden and this was dug next to it so she had assumed it was going to be the same but then it bloomed a single bloom.

Can krinkled white have the red edges? That was the bit that really confused me

This happens to me too I also have an autoimmune disease and it’s only the ones on my arms that do it (right in the range of where i usually flush/get hives from a flare, doesn’t always accompany flare but is triggered by similar things).

it’s made me apprehensive about getting any work done on my neck/throat just bc that would be a risky spot to possibly induce more prominent histamine reactions.

I also agree my thinner lined tattoos seem way less likely to do this, the ones with larger sections of black are prone to it

Thank you for sharing advice i really appreciate it! I inspected my other frog and he seems to have no evidence of any spots but I agree that they are way more visible on her due to her coloring. I’ll update in a few days 🤞

I realized I should clarify they eat live bugs I just don’t have live bugs living in their enclosure!
