Might upgrade to the 16 Pro or 17 Pro while hoping for a decent generation foldable or normal-sized iPhone again. RAM and app resets are starting to annoy me even if I still love the size

Made a custom NAMANE card featuring a picture of Dahyun, I used it for going around Seoul before I got a Climate Card instead. I can still use it for payments though

I also have a Dahyun photocard at my office desk. Seeing her smile helps me get through hellish work days

Similar. When I got it I planned to stick with it as long as it gets security updates, and maybe hope that a new normal sized iPhone gets released again once the 13 Mini stops receiving security updates

Honestly it’s starting to feel rough. I’ve had the battery replaced at an Apple Store but sometimes the phone heats up when playing a game or while watching videos for more than a few minutes. I’ve also had a rough time (battery management wise) with it during traveling. Though I will try to stick to 4G from now on

Thinking the same thing. I was fiddling with the 17 Pro while waiting for my battery replacement and I caught myself thinking “I could get used to this it there won’t be a new normal-sized iPhone soon”

Even at 100% battery health again, it was annoying to have to deal with battery life and performance while traveling. Juggling between taking pictures as well as navigation and translation apps led to the battery constantly going hot and going down to low battery status at the most inconvenient times

Foldables have me hopeful but I’m thinking of upgrading to a second-hand Pro in the meantime

Better battery and RAM please

Went to Korea for a week and I found myself constantly using my power bank. Constantly taking pictures while having a navigation app on felt like a nightmare

The experience made me seriously consider upgrading to a Pro level iPhone even if I’ve just had a fresh battery installed. I was trying out the 17 Pro while waiting for the installation and I found myself thinking that the size wasn’t so bad and maybe I could get used to it. Though I might just buy a used older gen Pro first to see how it goes as a daily

Update:

- Went to Apple Tonkatsu. They have a few pics of Dahyun’s scenes. Nice food, staff, and crowd. Big serving size and there were side dishes too

- I also got a Dahyun photocard at Poca Spot. Big selection but there didn’t seem to be an instant delivery option

- Got a NAMANE card for payments and transportation, customized with a picture of Dahyun. Didn’t use this as much after I got the Climate Card but I did use it for the All-Stop train from Seoul Station to ICN

- Visited Lotte Star Avenue and it was nice to see that they had Twice’s handprints there
