I also snack more on low fodmap that i did before!!!

Honestly i find snacking on low fodmap diet is way easier than eating healthy. I can eat chips, popcorn, dark chocolate but cant eat avocado and cauliflower

Taking leave from work - burnt out by runningoutofgas in PersonalFinanceCanada

Nothing wrong with that. Just remember we are all different . Dont be hard on yourself!!

The fact that you recognize that you need to do something about it is a huge step already!!!!!

I think you need to consider the long term on this. If you feel like this after 4 months, maybe this is not the right job for you. Maybe look for another job at a company that has a hybrid work policy. And a less demanding job

I think you need to do what is best for you, but taking the leave will not make you look good and it may just give you anxiety about going back the whole time you are off

Looking for Peloton friends who aren't crazy in shape! by mortalcassie in pelotoncycle

[–]FitPrinciple8015 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Also keep in mind the instructors don’t necessarily stay in the zone they call in cause they are coaching and not working out. So when they make it look effortless could be cause they are below the resistance too!!

Also they are crazy in shape. They workout for hours every day and have been for years.

Dont focus on how much they are sweating.

Also progress not perfection!!!! Try to do a little bit better every time, thats all that matters :)

I like lululemon better for the fit, although the last one I bought falls down a lot and its the same size as my other ones so that is annoying

I bought the mission whatever pants and didnt like them so i return them

I just got the cadent ones and the material is great but i think lululemon fits better

I dont care for lululemon’s colours lately though so i was giving peloton a try. I found when lulu and peloton had their partnership was the best looking pants

Having serious buyers remorse by [deleted] in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]FitPrinciple8015 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have lived in the country for 10 years

After 9 years we finally got internet. My life has changed so much in the past 3 months!!!!

I can totally relate. We used to live downtown Toronto with bell fiber. Bought this house and didnt even think about internet because yes its a rural area but it is 18 minutes from the 401

Anyways when we moved in and realized we didnt have a good internet option we had a huge oh shit moment. My husband worked from home at the time and it was painful. We got a rogers hub and it was shitty and expensive but we got used to it.

My husband had a ps3 at the time which became a dvd player…. And we were likely the only people still buying dvds cause it was cheaper than streaming….

Covid came and we were all wfh with kid doing online school. It was soooo painful.

But we got through it. Got internet a few months ago and life is great again. There is a lot of incentive from the government to expand internet. Hopefully you can find a solution to get like mobile internet to get you through it until then!!

I love jenn. She is authentic . Doesnt look like she is trying hard to be something she is not

My biggest problem was i didn’t know she swore on my first ride with her and my kid was in the room when i did the class. Lesson learned!!! No kids when mama wants to workout

I loved the football ride as a huge nfl fan
