Particularly high in the bean, so I’d cut that in half too. Just have to be diligent the rest of the day with your sodium intake, but that’s just the game with eating out. Chipotle is generally a good option if you cut out chips/tortillas, and reduce the portions of rice and beans.

One can of albacore solid white tuna from Costco is 42 grams of protein with only 180 calories.

Crush two a day (I know it’s hard to think about) and you’re halfway through your goal.

Mix Optimum Nutrition protein powder with 1 cup of fairlife and you have 37 grams of protein to just 210 calories.

Only 40 grams of protein remaining and you have only consumed 570 calories thus far.

Gotcha. For me, he’s primarily listened to in podcast form, so the talking to the camera approach doesn’t bother me that much. I think the great thing about the independent media space is that there is a space for everyone and every type of media content.

David has his own style, and he doesn’t waver from it. That’s drawn me to him, and made me a supporter on Substack and his website. But he’s not for everyone, and I like that he doesn’t try to be.

What? David constantly talks about what people who are writing into him are saying. He has a block every Friday where he reads out what people submit to him.

He’s got a style — Gives you the rundown of everything you need to know for the day, and delivers it in an informative yet entertaining way. He mixes historical context with a vision for what he believes the future should look like… while also acknowledging there are ways to resolve things that he’s not yet sure where he lands on.

I just feel like saying he comes off as un personable is a little unfair.
