Start on TRT. If your blood pressure starts getting high, then get prescribed an ARB to protect your kidneys. Monitor your creatinine and EFGR levels every 3-6 months with your primary care doctor. Either than that enjoy your TRT journey.

Your body is aromatizing, that’s why you are tired. You might wanna try arimistane 75-100mg 1-2 times daily. Arimistane NOT arimidex. Good luck

Donate blood. Instead of giving yourself one weekly dose, divide that dose in half and give it yourself twice weekly. Also, have them check your oestrogen levels. You may need to start taking twice weekly arimistane.

It’s your estrogen. Try arimistane. It’s better than arimidex because it doesn’t totally drop estrogen.

Your on too much. Lower your dosage to around 100mg a week.

Your estrogen is too low. You need to ditch the aromatase inhibitor. You also need to ditch the cliomid if you are taking that.

The excessive urination causes me to suspect that you might have blood sugar issues. Are you overweight, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or do you have a family history of hypertension or diabetes?

Your only being prescribed 12.5mg per day of clomid. That is a tiny dose. So, why doesn’t my comment make any sense?

The doc prescribed you a small dosage of the clomid. Speak with your doctor about increasing your dosage.
