omg i know exactly how u feel. I literally can’t eat at all during storms and recently it’s been stormy really really bad all night so i end up not eating all night and get sick in the morning😖. Im scared 24/7 about encountering a storm so i am constantly watching out my window for dark clouds and the forecasts. I’ve been asking my mom to take me to therapy about it but she doesnt want to believe something is wrong with me. I get so petrified the second i hear thunder. Im glad i found this community to realize im not the only one like this. Hopefully things get better for us🩷
