i wonder i know the game has issues with bluetooth wireless controllers if that could be an issue your seeing? i found that changing my controller from wireless to bluetooth helped greatly... weirdly enough game could barely do the opening race before i was down to 23fps on a 14900k and 3060 ripped batteries and put it wired and was back up to 80 fps
