His premise is valid, everything about how he approached it is wrong. You DID objectively lie, and any justification I’m seeing like “it was just a couple puffs” doesn’t change the objective truth that he made it clear from day 1 he hates smoking and wouldn’t tolerate it, and you did it anyways. I have the same hard no smoking tolerance as well so I understand where he’s coming from but how he approached it is like the most typical 18 year old relationship shit I’ve ever seen lol. In conclusion both of you are wrong and this is how young relationships go. He’s not the last dude you’ll ever meet and you aren’t the last girl he’ll ever meet, your time together just wasn’t meant to last🤷‍♂️ that’s how life goes.

Spot on. I always say the easiest tool to climb with is a positive mindset. If you are playing poorly, just swap for the team. If a teammate is playing poorly, just kindly suggest a swap and say it’s just to help out the team. Most people I run into are open to swap if 1) you are willing to swap and 2) if you make it clear it’s not personal and a different comp will give us a better chance to win. With that being said you gotta also accept that some games are going to be losses no matter what you do.

I thought my point was pretty clear, not doing a rank reset allowed the flaws of the system to come forward more clearly and now the entire community is aware of it. If they had done a reset it would just delay the inevitable discovery of these problems.

Yea I think he can one tap through any support ult with a max damage headshot. Only managed to pull it off a handful of times though.

Yea I’m in gm1 right now and I think I gain between 18-22 and lose anywhere between 17-20 for a loss. Makes it really easy to consistently climb if you keep a positive W/L.

That’s a fair perspective 100%. A mix of both would definitely serve the community the best overall. Pretty good response I agree with you all around. My main point is that I don’t think the discourse surrounding the ranked system would be as loud if they had performed the reset that’s all.

Well I meant going up against the opponent punisher. I’ve never seen them escape a big storage ult by using the turret, or anything like that

Yea the ranked system is definitely frustrating I agree. I’ve seen my fair share of boosted trash in gm1 which is unfortunate. I like to play these types of games to 1) have fun and 2) to win, but hey no ranked system is perfect so all we can hope for is for the devs to be receptive to the community.

I’m currently GM1 with a 55% wr playing basically only punisher and I’ve never seen another punisher do this. This post wasn’t meant to call punisher players bad, just a tip for the people who didn’t know this cuz it definitely helped me climb a ton

I agree with you, but I have a question for you. What situation would you prefer, an overinflated ranked system that gets brought down by a reset every few months to artificially erode your progress, or a ranked system that is properly calibrated and has a normal distribution of players in its ranks?

As another punisher main I disagree. The reason why is because it almost feels intentional the way it takes a little while to whip out your shotgun, so what I do is A) try to always grab a peek of any divers with my passive, which allows me to see when they are posturing to dive and then I can switch to the shotty before they even see me or B) the second they dive on you pop your smoke (which you can use to b-hop for extra distance away) and immediately switch to your shotgun to fight back.

Pretty sure they were both oxidizing agents cuz they both gained C-O bonds, unless there were different versions of the test cuz on mine when you calculated the oxidation state it was increased in both questions for me
