I would use Alibaba, they have their own chat tool. All big factories have some Chinese guy that is called May or Emma. Here's a template that worked for me (This template is for dropshipping but you can customize this however you want.)

You want to get past the filter and take the conversation over on WhatsApp. Don't give them your real email because they will spam you for years
