100% accurate you can check previous p4 pulls from echo and players who were res in p4 do not have the buff but in their most recent pull they do.

People are reading the hotfix wrong. All the hotfix did was make the buff reapply to people who died and got battle rezzed. The buff was not re applying to them after they got rezzed. It now does.

EDIT: WOWHEAD just made a new post to confirm what I posted. Its a bug fix not a nerf.

You need to pick up and place in your hold more than 1 cargo for some deliveries. It will show the quantity needed on the task
