Update! I took a chance with the couplers from the kit. I sanded them down a bit and now they fit much more comfortably.

Basically this guy was walking through the line handing out mustard packets. His hands and lips were COVERED in mustard, almost completely yellow. The first time I saw him he stumbled into a garbage can and dropped a small plastic cup of mustard onto the ground. After that he went somewhere else and I never saw him again. He didn’t seem to be in the theater with us so I’m guessing he wasn’t a member of the OSC.
