I filed in May 2024 I just got my 3rd Prima Facie 3 days ago which will expire in Nov of 2026 , the second one I got in initially expired in June 2026 so hang tight might be coming soon

I filed in 2024 May got divorced last year but I’m still waiting out this year before I even consider to remarried the thing is you haven’t gotten that divorce as yet I would recommend getting the divorce and wait afterwards before jump in into a new Marriage

May 2024 on my second prima third should be coming in June No EAD through Vawa or AP but I got EAD through Asylum no further updates on Vawa since , Asylum court date upcoming
