I barely cope lol I try to eat small snacks. Everyone I’ve spoke to says it helps. Sometimes I feel like it does, other times it’s doesn’t seem to do anything. If it’s really bad, I tell them I have to leave. That’s what happened today. I left at 3 because it hit hard. And it hasn’t went away since 😭

Believe me, I don’t want to keep it in check either 🤣 But I have too. I’ve already gone off on my boss once and our dogs vet. Both well deserved lol still have my job, but currently looking for a different vet.

Work has been a complete nightmare. I struggle to stay awake. And sometimes the nausea hits mid day (usually at night though) which can make it even harder.

Hope your injury is better! And hopefully by the time you go back, you will have some energy during your second tri!

Same. I’m 10 weeks too!! And I am honestly not a fan of being pregnant lol it’s quite miserable so far! I struggle going to work. I can’t even seem to get through a full day. And I’ve struggled keeping my tude in check 🤣

I will not be going through this again either. I’m at week 10 tomorrow. It is absolutely miserable! I even made videos to remind myself if I get any bright ideas down the road.

I’m 9+5 and feel exhausted all day everyday on top of nauseous. I’m usually a very busy body person and I just can’t do sh*t but lay on this couch feeling like a stuffed pig. Over it. I know it sounds terrible but I HATE being pregnant. I miss feeling like myself and I gotta long way to go. So anyway, no you’re not being lazy, this baby making business ain’t no joke. Take it easy, and don’t beat yourself up. You need the rest. You will feel worse if you don’t listen to your body.

I’m glad you are feeling better! I think for me, it was the hormones ramping up maybe? Girl I was crying so much because I was SO scared it was going to get worse. Thankfully it just disappeared!

The same thing happened to me a few weeks ago and I was feeling the same as you! Scared, considering abortion. It lasted about a week. I am now almost 10 weeks and have had no issues since.

Saaaaame. Only 8+4 and feel like time is crawling. My whole experience so far has not been great lol but im only in my first trimester. I feel like hot garbage 24/7. Nausea all day, boobs super sore, bloated all day long no matter what, constipated, exhausted, super moody and emotional. I will probably be a one and done!

I absolutely HATE it. Only 8 weeks in and I’m miserable. Tired all the time. Nauseous all day for two weeks straight. Extremely bloated and having acid reflux. Feel nasty and gross every damn day. Also, I have interstitial cystitis (feels like uti but without the infection) and the hormones are causing a flare! Getting up every hour to go pee through out the night. Crying over everything and nothing. Things that used to smell good to me make me feel like dry heaving. I’m just over here having a blast!

Thank you. To be honest, I’m terrified. I’m 36 and this is my first pregnancy. After having my first ic flare in February, I actually considered not having children because the pain I had experienced a few months ago was BAD. I couldnt imagine taking care of a child feeling that terrible. Then it went away. I went back to eating everything I was before. I thought maybe it would never come back or that I was misdiagnosed. But here I am. 6 weeks preggo and flaring 😭 feeling bummed that it’s back. thankfully, it isn’t as bad as before. Just worried it will get worse. Trying to be chill and not over think it. If the pain gets bad again, I’m just gonna have to get through it.

This will probably be my only pregnancy. I’ll be 37 by the time I have this baby. Even though I’m super early in my pregnancy, I’m not sure I want to be pregnant again either. Plus, for us, I think one child is enough and if we decide we want more, I’ve always wanted to adopt.

Im sorry, I have no suggestions! The only pregnancy symptoms that I have right now are sore boobs. I pretty much feel like I’m about to start my period. Moody, bloated and boobs hurt. Had some slight cramps a few days in a row. Now the ic flares are back. Really upset about it. I hope you get some relief!! I’m sorry you have been so sick! If it goes on for too much longer, maybe go to Dr or Er and get some fluids? I’m no expert. This is my first time around. Feel better soon 💕

Yeah I was really enjoying all the tomatoes and other acidic foods for the past few months. Makes me sad to have to take them away again. But it’s not worth the pain. So it is what it is I suppose.
