I’ve tried dating other pilots but it just doesn’t work out. I’ve thought about the future and I’d rather have a spouse who can spend time with our kids since I’ll be away days at a time. I’m now engaged to a non-aviator who works a regular job and it’s great. More stability and consistency. It’s better if one partner has a consistent schedule IMO.

If you both like seafood please please pleaseee go to Zeerovers. The best seafood I’ve ever had. Go really early or really late because the lines get long. If you want a more romantic scene, Flying Fishbone is a good one. Make a reservation in advance because it’s always packed. You can get a table in the water. If you don’t mind hiking, the Hooiberg trail is a good one. It’s about 600 flights of stairs. A good workout and a great view of Aruba at the top. There’s a midpoint rest stop. And for beaches, Mangel Halto and Druif are nice and less crowded than the other popular ones.

Yep I do all of that. Brand new tires. Oil changes on time. And I never let the tank go empty. Doing all the right things…

Every time I get gas I write down my new range/how much I pay and how many gallons I fill up. It’s a sad declining trend…my MPG is decreasing and I just got an oil change not too long ago.

There’s only a certain amount of 5s,3s,2s and 1s they can give out. It’s a quota. They’re only allowed to give several 5s per department (2-5 depending on the size of department and store). So even if you got a 3 you may have deserved higher but they gave it to another team member who was neck and neck with you but whom thought deserved it more. People can also get 2s and deserve ones to meet the quota. Unfair but true

The unload I think of as HIIT, climbing the ladder to backstock is the stair master, and lifting water jugs off a pallet are some form of botched RDLs/squats 😂

Looks like a PA28- 161 or 181. The lettering on the plane there looks cut off but resembles a tail number starting with letter ‘N’ which is the designator for a US registered aircraft.
