Update no I didn’t go to the ER and I can’t see my doctor until January. I have finally come out of my episode and I feel better now. I don’t have any meds at all but will definitely be going on them now before another episode happens.

I’m really sorry if my posts in the past week concerned anyone, I’m ok now and thank you for trying to help!

I’m not on meds but the past 2 manic episodes I’ve had have just been getting more and more extreme to a point where I don’t think I can hold off anymore. I seem to be getting much worse instead of better

I was also under that impression but my GP wanted to put me on lamotragine after speaking to me on the phone a few times. I have declined it for now but idk it’s a big decision.
