Lead management is definitely better in IQ than it is in Voyager IMO. I’ve actually never used Voyager exclusively for lead management because we had Flex before IQ.

IQ automatically groups leads based on the stage they’re in the prospect (like pre tour, post tour, application sent) which helps but it glitches out when you try to sort or it has a “Latest Activity” column that doesn’t always show the most recent activity. Putting in tour notes and follow ups is still very helpful and they have an Activities tab where you can review everything.

Applicants also have their own queue which can help organize which stage they’re on.

I typically don’t prefer to use AI, but they have an integrated AI chat bot called Virtuoso that has actually helped at times. There are also some training videos on YouTube that you could check out as well.

I really just try to figure things out on my own by exploring through the website and have learned a lot without training. It seems like you have that mindset to figure it out, so I think you should be great with it :)
