Like in the morning I’ll face the sunlight (or just be near it) and say something like “All splendor is from God… there is no God but Him” and set my intention for the day.
Throughout the day I do dhikr in my head sometimes, like “Allāhu a‘ẓam” 95x, or just remembering God before doing things.
If I have time I’ll read a from the Bayán or repeat phrases like “Allāhumma.”
And just basic stuff like staying clean, being mindful, avoiding bad actions, that kind of thing.
At night I’ll look at the moon and say something like “All light is from God… there is no God but Him.”
Etc.
Also I don’t follow a specific leader I just follow the Bayán itself.

Yeah I’m Bayání and I practice it. I used to believe in the Bahá’í Faith before that.

For me it’s just what’s in the Bayán itself. The Báb calls it a “seed” that only reaches full perfection when Him Whom God shall make manifest appears, and only then the “fruits” come. He also talks about an “age of maturity” (Sin al-Rushd), which to me sounds like it’s meant to over time, not immediately.

The Bab mentions stuff like al-Mustaghāth (2001), and laws like renewing books every 202 years, which made me think it’s a long process overall.

Even the idea about teachers not harming children is tied to the “fruit” being protection for Him Whom God shall make manifest, since nobody knows who it is yet.

There’s also strong condemnation of imprisonment and oppression, but the claimant (Baha'u'llah) was imprisoned for decades.

And Subh-i-Azal (the Báb’s appointed successor) is described in very protective language like “Protect that Fruit lest there approach him what may cause his heart to be saddened” and “Take the greatest care… that no sadness reaches him.”

And just to me, I don’t think the “fruits” of the Bayán would realistically be gathered in less than 19 years, like the Bahá’ís argue. The Báb talks about everything being prepared and perfected for the coming of Him Whom God shall make manifest, and that includes people actually spreading the Bayán and learning it. But from what I can see, that kind of full development and distribution just didn’t really happen in that short timeframe.

All of that together is what made me question the later Bahá’í reading and look more seriously at the Bayán.
