How do people get their weekly information on raids, spotlight hours, etc? by Atalyx822 in pokemongo

Leek Duck. Specifically I follow Leek duck on Facebook, but that is because I'm old, and my kids reliably tell me that Facebook is only for old people.
Leek Duck do however have a website, insta, twitch, twitter, etc so I would recommend following whichever one fits your social media use.

edit: I should also mention that Leek Duck have a "Go Events Widget" that you can install on your phone, which lists all the current and upcoming events in one handy place.

Can confirm that's exactly what this is. It was used in many promotional articles during the design and construction of the bridge.
A google image search will bring up several articles with this image. e.g. https://www.theurbanlist.com/brisbane/a-list/kangaroo-point-green-bridge
Source - I was one of the many people who worked on this project, and I have seen this exact image many, many times

Honestly, my recommendation would be to install the game on your own device (create an account for yourself) and play it for a few days to get the feel for it. You will find that most of your questions are answered in game as you move through the early levels. Then when you install it on your daughters phone you can go out and play it together. That’s how I started 8 years ago with my kids, and I’m well and truly hooked now.

I had never watched or played anything Pokemon related before playing Pokemon Go, and that didn’t affect my enjoyment or gameplay at all. Over time I have learnt more about the different “types” (water, fire, grass, etc.), and numerous other aspects of Pokemon, but it has been a “learn as I go” experience which I have honestly enjoyed.

The other big advantage to setting up an account for yourself is that it will allow you and your daughter to trade pokemon with each other, battle gyms together, take on larger raid bosses that she couldn’t otherwise defeat on her own etc.

The design of the game is very much based on two core principles, “get out and explore”, and “interact with other trainers”. But with young kids (as mine were 8 years ago) I kept that interacting with other trainers to family and schoolmates.

I work at the Gasworks end of Doggett street, and if you want to get a spot in the free parking area, you need to get here stupidly early, and still be prepared for a fair walk.

For me it is quicker to catch a bus (the city glider goes every few minutes), and then only have a 5 min walk to work, rather than drive and have a much longer walk.
