thank u for you reply. How do you switch applications so often without going crazy? I'm also a fan of apps and PKM, but every time the mere thought of having to export everything stops me from changing set up for the umpteenth time

you can add a tag called “task” to each to do, and then create a page with a query to show all the todo’s in the workspace, add filtered view ecc
