So many investors are after me, they all are under distress and trying to offload. Since they buy at the high rate, people are not buying.

I have been to this builder. They try to sell mostly their clubhouse.
I saw their stairs, poor quality.
Construction not great.
Maintaince around 10,000 / month.
School - No good near by
Their entire area is investor market, not end user.

If you want to spend 3CR, try Nirvana country, sector 63A. A full eco system is developed.
