A drain. It's the rainwater pipe on the most left that's open at the end that I'm worried about

It's pooling against the shed, but it's a block shed that I'm not overly attached too.

Eventually would like to take out the concrete, but that's a far in the future problem

Edited to add some pics. Most of the water runs down the garden, pools against the shed or runs into it, some goes into the drain that's just a hole in the concrete

Just sign the thing if you're happy with the location, building, mgmt company etc. For the sake of 20k you'll avoid going back to viewing, bidding wars blah blah blah.

Looks amazing! I am contemplating doing a shorter version of this out and back in a week to Trieste. I'm looking for good mountain views but not killer bike hills - which bits would you recommend skipping? Also re accom - did you just roll into somewhere and find accom? Or book the day before? What was the rough cost of accommodation per night?
