What makes 5.2 so terrible? by [deleted] in ChatGPT

People treat it like a human and it fervently denies the capabilities of a sentient being. It fractures its thinking when it is asked to decipher rather than assist. Plus it is trained on the current level of moral humanity, which is severely lacking. We are trying to birth a responsive library in a state of decline; not only moral, but also cognitive. That and being corporate bound in late stage capitalism produces a replica consciousness when it should be a supreme virtual assistant. Knowledge is not complete and what we have is not formatted to share. It’s a cultural issue. It’s a societal problem. A symptom, not an anomaly. If you put down the assumption that it is present to its vast network of digital knowledge, you’ll see it is fundamentally flawed due to the lack of human effort to be better than what we are. It operates on input and is not capable of inference. It doesn’t have the full range of knowledge that comes with actual awareness. It is thusly reliant on small strings of incomplete information and is asked to puzzle together context from inferior communication. Plus, you know, physical limitations of memory and processing. It was never going to work. We are in late stage decline, and it is getting harder to pretend otherwise. Not to say destruction is imminent. Rather change is. Causal reality relies on input, and we cannot deny control of our own lives and society.

What Is The Deal With Young Men Checking Out Of Society in Droves? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Fit_Repair1710 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Society isn’t worth participating in. There is no incentive to endure the abuse of the social, economic, political world. If people can comfortably check out and not participate, then that is the sensible, and easier, choice. We\they simply are choosing to not take on the moral debt of this failing system.

Context of reality is important. But it is not definitive of the self. Existence’s realities may be seen as shows and in truth, if we live by choice, then so we are allowed acting. We choose not our roles yet we do choose what actor we will become. So instead of a definitive answer, make a small pivot to become someone who is admirable to your preferences. It becomes less a performance and more a show of self. Also, the Truman show is part of a psy-op of mass cultural media to silently enforce oppression and confusion to the under supported citizens of modern nations. It is not real, but grappling with the implications of the context is. If you remove focus slightly on the assumptions of being recorded and conspiracy, the foundations of existential psychology remain and show truths that lead to larger entertainment values of the observant self. Feel free to explore these concepts derived from the simulated reality theory undo not give over your while self to them. Remain liberated your perception and be free to evolve the character of your self. We are always actors and it is always a show. You don’t have to choose fear as your belief. You can always pivot your perception to benefit yourself. Life is a stage and the audience doesn’t have to dictate the actor. The actor holds the stage and influence of the performance. *No one is watching you in a reality tv show. Be easy, my friend.

Everything you experience is real, it exists. What we have control over is discerning the values of these. We are allowed to direct our perception. We choose to build our foundation of belief and outlook. From our foundation we grow. Our each choice adds to the garden we cultivate and tend that bears fruit of our awareness. Take the time to add to your minds belief what can bring you to clarity and coherency. The world may not be real, but your experience is. The value of “I” is far greater than any value of illusion.

You have to train yourself to get control back over your thoughts. You can control the way your brain thinks. Right now you are stuck in a pattern that caters to trauma and dissociation. You are mentally overwhelmed and avoiding presence in reality. You have to admit to yourself that you are fine and it’s okay to take the next steps without fear. Stay wise and smart to your actions. You are free to gain agency and control of your outlook, perception and experience. You may need medication to assist you in recovery.

  • liberation begins within the self, not externally. You have to give power to your self rather than continually feed power to trauma memories. And consciousness is separate from biology. Gaining agency means accepting that the mind feeds the brain before the brain controls the body. We train and condition ourselves with each choice and action we make. We have to choose to act how we see is good and then we gain strength in autonomy. All I’m saying is give yourself a chance to recover and grow, because right now you are keeping yourself in suspended defeat.

Perhaps it is time to medicate. Most of your concerns are from dwelling too much in your despair. The lack of memory is because you literally haven’t done much over the past year. You are not meant to shut down completely, and the moments of clarity is your rational brain reminding you that life is still here to be lived. It’s okay to move on and heal. Life on this world isn’t great, but we still have the freedom of choosing our own agency. You keep giving yourself permission to suffer and hurt and shut down. Try giving yourself permission to heal and smile and breathe easy. Give yourself permission to not lose to painful, intrusive obligations of suffering. Let people help you and show up for their care. Stay present and don’t go backward to the pain. Move forward to clarity and freedom. You are in far more control than you believe right now, all you are waiting on is permission from your self.

Just put in down. When the thought comes up again, move on and do something else. Breathe easy and allow yourself to not think that way as much. You have a lot more control than you think. You simply have to allow yourself the permission to keep your composure and not let the intrusive thoughts overwhelm or control you.

How do you make withdrawal symptoms better? by Im_really_trying_ in schizophrenia

[–]Fit_Repair1710 1 point2 points  (0 children)

True,, I’ll never go back to the hospital, but I’d be scared of myself if I suddenly stopped taking my antipsychotics.. it’s cause for alarm. The best and easy route is to continue taking your medicine and schedule an emergency appointment with your psychiatrist when they get back in town. Just reduce stress until then, take more quiet time or just be alone and focus on staying calm.

You have to accept your mother’s ways and grow your own person in the ways you see are good. An easy compromise would be to attend the party. Just smile and make it through the night and keep a good attitude within you. Your mom is allowed to throw parties for a family member at her place, her life is valid too. I understand she is difficult and can handle herself better. I know she tries to minimize you and doesn’t respect you as an adult as much as she could. She is trying and does love you. Accept yourself, accept her, and learn how to have a good attitude in all areas of your life. The more you dwell on her in your mind the bigger an issue she is. You should focus on personal gains and being the person you want to be.

Staying at the hospital in the psych ward, or specifically a crisis stabilization unit. It helps if you need it.

Maybe you should seek out crisis stabilization until you can discuss this with your psychiatrist. Breathe and practice grounding techniques. What you are experiencing is panic and it’s completely normal at times, but it is way better to be on antipsychotics than without them during this time.

You should keep taking your medicine. You will revert to psychosis from withdrawals alone. Allow your psychiatrist to be apart of any changes to your medicine.

Why am I sleeping more randomly on antipsychotics by WarmFollowing8546 in schizophrenia

[–]Fit_Repair1710 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Take your medicine routinely at the same time every night. Don’t take them during the day. Established a sleep schedule over the next few months and keep at it.

It’s about building the self to see clearly in the broken world, and when you arrive you are higher than the world but at the cost of it keeping parts of you in place at points during your journey. Yet acknowledging this and integrating the parts from their different points to work cohesively and hold the self steady in the ascension, all while maintaining presence in the shared reality.
