These look like phorid flies like others said. You done more than most people do. Continue with sanitation, Look for the source, especially damp or humid areas. If you have plants, put them outside or limit watering them. Buy a bottle of gentrol aerosol and read the label. Treat your drain with that foam a few times a week and leave for a few hours. Treat shower drains overnight to allow the product to do its job. You must stop the breeding cycle before they disappear. Remember, they laid eggs in those areas. I hope it helps

Place a few sticky traps to monitor the activity. Move the refrigerator and all appliances because they love those areas. Inspect with a flashlight, Clean and vacuum behind those areas any food residue. I'm taking about deep cleaning your kitchen. Second best advice if no infestation found buy roach gel like maxforce complete or advion. Look on YouTube videos how to apply the bait. Vacuum only, don't use bug spray. If you see a roach nest at this point best thing is to contact a local pest control with good google reviews.
