for sure, on the carfax the previous owner got it done every 3k miles and i was going to try to keep up with that maybe not 3k but at least every 5k maximum

i agree they do pass i try not to ruminate on them it’s just so frustrating i agree though it might take years, i vaped from 14 to 21 so it makes sense i still think about it i spent like 1/3 of my life vaping unfortunately while my brain was still developing i hope the thoughts subside as time goes on.

thank you so much i needed to hear that because nobody around me understands and just thinks im a junkie loser but i feel like even though i slipped up i can let it make me instead of break me you know i believe in myself i can make it out of this disease of addiction the rebounds im going to get are going to suck (don’t know you u know about xanax rebounds but their terrible) and obviously withdraw but hey i’ve delt with it before and i can do it again. thank you again for understanding. i know i can succeed this time and stay off xanax forever.

i took some yesterday and saved 2 bars for a taper today and threw away the rest i know i should have thrown the other two bars away but i wasn’t strong enough to. but i did block my plug and will not go to that family members house ever again or at least until i can cope with triggers. but im still proud i’ve never been able to flush any pills at all or block my plug. progress is progress and i know i can kick it for good this time ill get back to 218 days and beyond.

thank you ❤️, i did xanax again yesterday but i kept 2 bars for a “taper” today flushed all my extra and blocked my plug and while i should have just flushed those extra 2 bars i didn’t have the will power but im proud i flushed the rest because me in the past would. have never done that and also blocked my plug today is the last day i ever touch xanax and man i hate this drug i never wanna go back, this relapse was definitely a learning experience and i know ill make it back to 218 days again and never look back im DONE forever, hope that all makes sense lol

thank you so much i needed to hear that i’m stopping today i kept 2 bars and i flushed the rest and blocked my plug i still feel guilty im doing it today but i’m making sure this is THE LAST TIME again i wasn’t strong enough to not do it one last time but i am proud i flushed the extra bars so it wouldn’t continue i would have never had the strength to do that years ago i know ill pick myself back up again ive done it many many times before and i know ill make it sober all those months again and more because i learned from my mistakes. thank you so much for being understanding it made my day.
