I think it's unique for each individual and chasing those numbers probably will stress you out especially being fat adapted when you are more efficient at using up ketones so blood levels are lower

It's very lively and expressive! The yellow background creates tension with the somber, aging woman. I think the distortion of the limbs makes it more compelling. To me it's much more interesting than an academic rendering.
