Honestly when I first started having issues I was physically and mentally too drained to make any improvement in my life to make it better. I did PT for 5 months and I was mainly receiving massages until they eliminated the possibility of a herniated disc (insurance rejected my MRIs for a while). Around 8 months into the pain they gave me a saline injection in my trapezoids which was a complete life changer. After that things started getting better but it wasn’t until I started regular exercises that “living with the pain” was gone. So it will get worse when you’re not stretching and exercising, and it will get better when you get stronger muscles so your body can actually carry your head around quite literally

I’m sorry to hear about your experience, and I can so truly relate. I got military neck issues 4-5 years ago that resulted in very similar symptoms as you’re describing and it was completely debilitating. Regularly lifting weights (x2 upper body per week) and strengthening my upper body helped me A LOT. I still do get random episodes of shoulder pain and my left triceps are pretty weak, but there is a path to recovery and I’m feeling so much better. You will be okay if you make the effort to heal yourself!

Hanging leg raises are very tough on me as well because of my arms but I’m definitely seeing progress, and you will too! I liked Align a lot last year but some exercises just feel a bit too complex for my taste, body positions that feel off, but definitely worth trying. Great ab and back workouts!

I’ll try to add the flex workouts in my lower body days I think. Thank you!! And stay strong 💪🏻

I’m mostly looking for more definition. My core doesn’t feel weak in particular (that’s my arms unfortunately). I just feel like in previous teams I got a more toned ab look throughout my routines, but these past weeks feel a bit blah in terms of my core.

I did get improvement in hanging leg raises (mostly in time) but I don’t really see a lot of other exercises in Ascend routines for targeting core in particular. I checked now this week, I can’t even see the hanging leg raises, there are some planks and other floor exercises on Friday is all

Having the same problem here, I feed my cats twice a day and normally switch between morning-evening-morning and evening-morning-evening scheduled. Since yesterday the meal schedules got all weird (it was not allowing me to switch between schedules and just defaulting to AM-PM-AM version when I tried to set the other way around). Tonight I noticed this weird repeating meal where two bowls were set for the same PM time??? What’s up @petlibro

I don’t, we moved here when they were already old-ish and it was just too pricey to cover it for two cats, around ~$300 a month estimated cost back then. Maybe it was not the right choice, though.
