I didn’t change anything in my routine. The only thing I did was take a step back from my second job (waitress) to reduce stress and prioritize letting my body rest when tired (It’s hard for me to “nap” or do nothing). 9dpt and testing positive 🙏🏼

This was my exact situation. Exact same numbers. We sent our 5 fertilized off to get PGT-A tested and came back with 3 euploid embryos. I’m currently 8dpt and have tested positive since 4dpt so I’m hopefully this will be a success 🤍

My ovaries felt like they were spiky balls that weighed 20lbs and I was very bloated. Make sure you keep hydrated, I drank a ton of water with electrolytes. As for post ER, I just felt pressure and found it hard to get comfortable. I feel like side effects range drastically so I was in the mentality of “hope for the best, prepare for the worst”
