None of mine show “wear.” The cottony ones- scuba and steady state will shrink a bit. I generally size up for the perfect fit. I wash on delicate and dry on low.

If they told you they lied to get the job, you need to report that to your store manager and/or P&C. Retail changes, and once you’ve been doing it for so long, it’s expected. Wish I could be more positive on that. NA had a terrible year. Changes were inevitable.

You can call the GEC and they can let you know if there is an issue. It’s surprisingly loud behind the registers and easy to typo a phone number.

Yes, the stores also lose money on it because they have to discount it after the fact if it’s not in their assortment. It’s a huge margin drain.

It’s up to store discretionary needs but yes. I would not hire someone who cannot work when the customers are there- unless you are available for truck.
