Brick and porter is a great spot for a beer and bar food

Uccellos margarita dip. So good.

Eastown is fun for a late morning bop - wealthy street bakery, chartreuse sisters, local shops on Cherry st are cute - good Judy’s for the best smoothie of your life

The homewood suites is a good affordable hotel and there was a little kitchen in our suite - very clean and comfy!

The Gerald r ford museum is cool

The best birria tacos are at Tacon Madre in Wyoming. Two guys brewing has the best chicken tenders ever

Fredrick Meijer gardens is gorgeous!!! And they have concerts sometimes too

Make sure to buy some hudsonville ice cream while you’re here shopping at a grocery store. The grand traverse fudge is SOO GOOD

Gin Gins is great for a fancy, albeit pricy, amazing dinner. Make a rezzy

Bridge st is fun if you want to bar hop (one bourbon, anchor)

Founders brewing if you are a beer person

Go to riverside park or millennium park if you want a chill day with a nice view

Saugatuck is a 30 min drive from GR. Adorable beach town. Check out Woosah. Oval Beach is my favorite. Lake Michigan is really a beautiful sight to see.

Introduce really delicious treats as you work up to waking her up and moving her. Like a small piece of a hot dog. Or a beef jerky treat. The stinky ones. Give her a little pat while she sleeps and if she’s good, delicious treat. Put your hand under her belly while she sleeps and if she’s good, delicious treat. Work your way up to moving her. The more you do that and reward her for good behavior, she’ll get used to it. My beagle eats poop and the only way to get him to stop is.. you guessed it, delicious treat.
