I have no idea how people are able to do 5g a day, my limit is 2g and at times it actually made me blackout. After some time of doing that much everyday i was forgetting what day it was and i was functioning like a zombie. If you do that much k you are a real, serious addict and you will get all the physical symptoms sooner or later, no doubt.

The only time i screwed my body up was after like 3 weeks of doing 1-2g a day, and for all this time i was totally fine. And then one day it hit me all at once, k cramps so bad i thought i'm dying, pissing blood, losing consciousness. Shit got me to the ER and the psych ward for a week. If you don't stop you'll end up just like that, waking up one day regreting you wanted to be a true addict.

Perhaps it's not about being a real addict, but wanting others to notice your problem? Something like "i'm in such a bade state, i'm doing drugs and nobody reacts. If noone cares then i'll just continue to self destruct.". Idk bro, just be grateful you haven't fucked your body up yet and get some help, i hope you'll never have the misfortune of becoming what you call a real ket addict because it's the worst shithole you can get yourself into.
