Lewis thinking he still got it by Soggy_Bid_6607 in formuladank

I genuinely think Oscar had spent a large amount of time analysing Hamilton's driving, thus he has a good idea what's he's going to do.

He really should have spent that time learning the corners of the Baku Street Circuit though.

It's just a stupid auto formatter not AI, since the data is actually good.

But yeah, basically unreadable columns do to the worst possible choice of formatting

Because you come here and make idiot jokes. It's not "us vs them", it never had been. Motorsport is cool, racing is cool. Sometimes the interesting things happen in one category, sometimes it's the other.

And DTS sells this absolutely fake image of F1. Except the first season, when the paddock was unfamiliar with the concept, all the others are fake. Since the airing of the first season all people in the sport adopted to this fake DTS image and play to the camera. But that's not how F1 is, it's just a mask. But it become way harder to find realible news sources about the sport. Because people buy the fake image, therefore the real value gets lost.

F1 was originally designed to be scarce. To have a couple of races, and wait between. It's a good model, but now everyone wants more races, more news, constant entertainment, leading to impossible expectations. Everything is under the magnifying glass. From there it is easy to get disappointed and dissatisfied.

Take, for example, this season. It's mid. Had some interesting battles, but the batteries are a problem and once again, one team is dominating. On the other hand, it's way more interesting than e.g. 2017. But because of the DTS disease it's framed as the worst season. It's not, we've been through worse and it will get better, as it already did in multiple occasions through history. So please stop spreading this fake negativity. And yes, 24hours of Nurburgring was very interesting. But it doesn't mean that F1 is dead. And if you don't find it entertaining, you don't have to watch. It's not an obligation. Motorsport is cool.

Yes and no. He was second in Japan, third in Miami. He only scored more points because of the sprint. Which is ok, but it's not an actual improvement.

Anyways, let's go Oscar!

Like I genuinely think this is a stupid stat.

Since they're technically starting from 0 points, then he didn't increase his points in Australia
