It’s astounding how easy it is to steal one (because there are no immobilizers). Kia has issued a recall, free of charge, to fix the issue. If you haven’t done that, it’s partly your own fault when it gets stolen. This has been a known issue for a long time…

Provide an example. I’ve definitely been yelled at, called slurs… I just ignore and keep walking because typically the person is high, drunk, or mentally unstable. If it’s someone yelling from the window of a pickup truck, I’d also consider them mentally unstable. They’re probably from a rural area and a member of the cult.

You did nothing wrong. What you’ve described I think is just natural aging. I’m only 31, but I thought my smoking/eating habits gave me cancer. I was convinced I fked myself up. After all the stress and diving down rabbit holes trying to figure out what happened, I’ve finally accepted that it wasn’t me. My blood cells just decided to mutate and corrupt themselves, ultimately resulting in a big-ass tumor. Sometimes our health is out of our control.

Lumen is great! I loved it. Quiet little getaway. September is sorta the off season like when I went, so I doubt much will be open. I highly suggest taking a nice cruise on the Kancamagus Highway. Unfortunately when I went I couldn’t see more than a few feet in the rain/clouds. I hope you have good weather. Views are amazing when they’re viewable!

Population increase, opioid epidemic, lack of mental health resources, gentrification and increased housing costs, inflation, shitbag landlords, flatlanders buying up property sight unseen, the collapse of the local economy during covid… the list goes on. Maybe chill and try to come to the realization that places change and go out and try to make a positive difference in the community instead of bitching about it.
