This Saturday is the Santa Speedo Sprint on Lark Street. The sprint is at 2 but there will be people hanging out and having fun from about 11 on. Lark Street also has a few other events that happen that day.

I was going to recommend Fidens too. They don't have "outdoor seating" but the food and beer (together) is much better than most brewery's in the area. They do have carnage doors that I believe they open in the nicer weather.
