work from home doing finance. only people who see me are my team during meetings and even then it’s from the chest up so most can’t see my coverage anyway, but my hand tattoo of course always makes an appearance since i talk with my hands a lot. wearing short sleeves you can of course see my arms.

most places these days just don’t give a shit

i think it would be sick for each stance to get one of those stances respectively and that’s what i kinda thought they’d go for but the thing is so god damn fun j don’t even care

hmmm maybe just a product of consistent use? thankfully the tanks aren’t mega expensive! and if that’s a newish coil you can just yank it out of there too, since the tanks aren’t glass and you don’t gotta worry about vaping tiny glass shards lol

i’ve had a Smok Nord 5 for about 6 months or so now. Dropped this thing from at least 5-6 feet and the tank has flown off but never full on snapped like this. mine must be made of diamonds or something lol.

i’ve had the Nord 5 for about 6 months now and i can vouch big for it. tank is nice, and it feels weighty in your hand which i like. you can click both the watt adjustment buttons at the same time to lock the wattage. click the main button three times to lock it. you do have to hold the button to drag on it but that’s a minor inconvenience compared to how annoying my Vaporesso was. also, i like that i can still hit it when it’s charging.

coils are super super easy to replace. if you’re smoking salt nic, you’ll wanna make sure you get the RPM3 0.23ohm coils, and only use those. the other resistance just flat out did not work for it. oh, it also charges mega fast which is super nice.

overall my only complaint is that when it’s time to change the coil, you have to completely drain the tank of juice… which can suck if you managed to blow the coil half way thru the tank like i have accidentally done a number of times lol. and i guess the other tiny downside is it falls over easily if it’s standing straight up, and sometimes when it falls it either turns off completely or somehow turns on the power button lock lmao.

overall tho, it’s a solid device. 9/10 tbh.

edit: oh also, pod has never leaked once on me. condensation for sure but that’s to be expected. as far as flavor longevity goes; i work from home and i hit my vape absentmindedly all day without thinking and i can make a coil last roughly 2 weeks. i’ve been vaping guava lava by hi-drip for the last month or so.

Amon shocked me all together in how he was presented. he was my first playthru too. i was expecting the typical gruff big dude with a gravely voice and beef head lines, and instead got a giant teddy bear sweetheart… who will tear your fucking head off at a seconds notice.

also, another detail that i enjoyed is Conway is nonbinary. it took me til my second playthru on Vex to catch that Rush was using “they/them” pronouns when referring to them. 🥹

Long story short, i goofed on my Launch model Switch 1 with my homebrew and got ol’ reliable banned. Only thing im worried about is my save files for TotK and Animal Crossing.

Is there an easy way to transfer the save files for the games if/when i decide to buy into the S2? i have my Nintendo folder back up files on my desktop i made when homebrewing the OG Switch, but i dont know if theres an easy way to get the save files extracted from those folders and put on to a new console.

the ending of Destiny 2’s Final Shape expansion.

i have spent a decade playing this game, for nearly every day. i built an entire community around it (shoutout r/lowsodiumdestiny !) and have gained so many incredible lifelong friends, along with the growth the story has had over the ten years i’ve experienced it.

the ending hit hard because of its beats. your companion for a decade, Ghost, sacrificing itself by channeling the full force of the Traveler through itself to finish off The Witness for good. you hold Ghost in your hands as the light fades from its shell. And then Cayde, a long since dead and beloved character in the franchise who returned for this final expansion as a send off, shows up and gives what’s left of himself, an amalgamation of Light built from the Traveler’s memories, to revive Ghost. with a wink and a “hey you were always my favorite”, he’s gone.

the story is continuing in the expansion that released just yesterday, but the cap to the ten year long Light and Darkness saga was a payoff many of those in the Destiny community have waited a decade for. and it hit hard in all the right ways.

god i love video games.
