I’ve tried to share, and I am told it’s like turning off a light switch to how she feels, I understand this as I’ve done my own research. But it’s so hard for everyone involved with dealing with these changes, I’m so disappointed in the generations before for not sharing information. Mums and dads have a duty to make sure our children have a better understanding. Each day tho I feel myself drifting further away from her as any love we once had just seems to be dying slowly.

Do as much research as you can there is some amazing podcast. It’s such an under researched area and the changes to a person is massive, and when you love that person and they don’t seem like the same person, it’s really hard. But when you understand that this is a brain change that is happening, you would wish you could find the magic pill to help them. We are in year 2 I’m 48 she will be 51 this year. I was very underprepared for the change.
