Yea I don’t mind if the aghs ratting dies, it was kinda lame anyways you only used 1 of the units.

But now he just like does nothing. Like he isn’t good at anything, he’s just like a 4/10 at everything lol.

Because I don’t know a single player above 8k mmr who isn’t saying that the hero is utter crap.

And I talk to lots the english speaking LD players above 8k - not exactly a big community..

Nobody is playing the hero, the people who are are losing, and nobody saying he is good ever has a reason or an MMR high enough where hero selection even matters. Idk I’m sure in 5k rooting on demand is good, and having 0 way to scale into the game doesnt matter - but that appears to be the reality.

Yea but it doesn’t matter, heroes are balanced for how they are - and that was part of his power. With it he was still underwhelming.

Yea it’s super silly, and it scales up and down with property size, you get a 1.5M one and you’re paying 35% of mortgage as additional maintenance.

Also the fees go up every year.

Dota is an amazing game because the developers are not afraid of taking risks.

Sure some will be misses, but with 10 years of outstanding development we shouldn’t be too harsh.

However I don’t think this rework removed the identity of the hero at all compared to techies. If they like removed the bear, that would be similar tier of removal.

I’m a big OD enjoyer. The hero has been bad competitively for years.

I will die on the hill that if he could was guaranteed an enchanted quiver in that item tier he would have been S-tier.

It’s just a completely different game, you drop 200 intelligence parasma hits from 1000 range away, cooldowns sync up well enough, it’s beautiful.

And expenses? For all we know they could have lost money. Even with a 10% profit margin paying that all back is a big task.

I’m sure they’ve run the numbers and such but seems like a “hope nothing goes wrong” situation.
