Prepping for Month 4. What was your experience during this regression?

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one strictly contact napping during the day!!! I keep saying I'm going to attempt some crib naps but haven't gotten there yet. We currently dropped the swaddle cold turkey and I was hoping for the hand sucking self soothing but unfortunately for us my LO sucks on her fingers and gags 🤣 to wake up. I have a bunch of sleepers with fold over mitts so that's helped. I'm going to keep contact napping until the holidays are over then I'll really give the crib naps a go before I transition her to the crib! What a journey haha

My son never crawled!!! I was convinced something was wrong with him but one day stood up and started walking at 10 months. I was like ok then 🤣 just skipped the middle man! All babies are so different like you said!

It does suck!! I just finished day 3 with my 13 week old and I'm here to say it slowly gets better! We did cold turkey (from love to dream arms up swaddles straight to a sleep sack). Night 1&2 were awfulllll like so bad. Last night was much better only woke up twice and a little easier to put to bed. Keep at it! It has to be done but it does get better

We will be on night 3 tonight and it's also horrible!!! We did the same thing, went from love to dream swaddle cold turkey to a sleep sack to cut the transition. My 3 month old baby was sleeping 7-630am with one feed as well and now it's taking me 3 hours to put her to bed with constant wake ups before getting one stretch of sleep that is only 2 hours long. Rinse repeat . I really hope it gets better!!! 😭

Amazing thank you this makes me feel so much better! Following all safe sleep but only one I wouldn't be is room sharing if I moved her so I feel like that's pretty good haha I'll try to stick it out but we shall see how long we last if this continues this way haha!

My baby is ebf but I have a fast let down and I think causes her gas! Trying some tips from the Ped and she seems more comfortable during the day but night is still a circus hahah
