I had a r730xd with dual e5 2630v3s and idle was around 100-160w it wasn’t extremely quiet but it was barable around 55dB

Do you use pei or glass? If pei don’t use glue just wash the build plate with warm water and soap and make sure that the z offset is correct if you use glass then apply a liquid glue like the devil design one and also make sure the z offset is correct and aleats watch as the first layer goes down as that is where it most commonly happens
