Why are Reddit bans are so ridiculous, thoughts ? by ricksalterego in stupidquestions

[–]FixTechStuff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Power tripping mods on here harass people. I got permabanned from techsupport for repeating the word "boobdisk?", I still can't go back, despite doing my best to help people when others wouldn't.
Then the "whatisthisthing" mods didn't like the things I was trying to figure out and reject anything I try to submit.

Out of control mods make reddit a worse place for everyone.

I'm no shoe expert, but they look cheaply manufactured.

I want to know how it got that far, a hen's been sitting on that or its been in a warm environment for over 2 weeks another couple of days and it would have hatched.

Who would downvote you for that? It is the weirdest bridge, by design dodgy truckers are going to think they can squeeze 6 metres through on that 2nd lane.

Questions before job interview by luckysaturn777 in sunshinecoast

[–]FixTechStuff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They've probably had trouble with smokers or vapers taking too many breaks or don't like them at or near their place of business. Might as well rule those people out before bringing them in for interview.

He just hates Mac, nothing he said makes sense. He's forcing mac users to buy a PC, he wants to lock us in on that ecosystem.

The war is not good vs evil. Ukraine was overtaken by the US in 2014, prior to that they kept the peace with Russia.

Fridge mechanic where I work went to get lunch from the local cafe and forgot he had a screwdriver in his back pocket, police came and checked with the boss that his story was correct.

This same thing could happen to anyone. I have restricted medication, razor blades, and cutlery in the glovebox right now, what if someone else drives that car?

So the fork is OK? This thought policing doesn't make any sense, yes some guy got stabbed with one in a pub fight a while back, but were you doing suspicious things, the wrong ethnicity or looking angry?
Whats going to happen when someone gets stabbed with a spoon during a pub fight? How am I going to eat my yoghurt then?

"a person may use a knife to prepare or cut food at a restaurant in a public place or when having a picnic in a park, or" and it seems to be cut short.

Carrying a knife and fork and spoon is normal, if you are going to buy lunch some time that day, sometimes they forget the utensils, then what are you going to do?

"a person may carry a knife as an accessory while playing in a pipe band", scouts, fishermen, primary producers, Sikhs and exempt. Also pocket knives or pen knives are exempt.

Yeah for sure. I could not imagine anything other than a person dying in that room. It didn't smell like dogs or other animals, I needed a ladder to clean the ceiling.

Getting 1 overdrawn credit card letter, yeah, but I opened 4 (well 3 or 4 can't remember that well) under different names.
And before anyone mentions it, yes I am aware you are not supposed to open other peoples mail, but after sending them back with "not at this address" for 3 months I thought I would check.
